1) I put it to send to the Avatar Library
2) I put Submit FanFic Earth as the subject. Maybe this is what I did wrong. The story was about a half Waterbender half Firebender, so maybe I should have put Submit FanFic Water & Fire, but since I'm from the Earth Nation I put Submit Fanfic Earth.
3) I put what the chapter was called. (in the body of the note)
4) I put the series name. (In the body of the note)
5) I put the link. (In the body of the note)
6) I wrote the story and sent it.
